Kettle Corn

1/4 cup vegetable or canola oil
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup unpopped popcorn

Place oil and 3 kernels of popcorn into a large covered pan.  Heat on medium-high heat until the 3 kernels pop.  When the 3 kernels pop place sugar and popcorn into the pan.  Stir quickly and return cover to pan.  Alternate between setting on the burner and shaking for 3 seconds until popping slows.  Pour into large bowl and salt to taste.

Oatmeal Power Bars

1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup Grapenuts
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup applesauce
1/4 cup honey
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 bag (7oz) chopped dried fruit

Preheat oven to 325. Line a 9″ square baking pan with aluminum foil. Spray the foil with cooking spray.

In a large mixing bowl, stir together the oats, flour, grapenuts, and cinnamon. Add the egg, applesauce, honey, brown sugar and oil. Mix well. Stir in sunflower seeds, walnuts and fruit. Spread mixture evenly in the prepared pan.

Bake 30 minutes, or until firm and lightly browned around the edges. Let cool then use the foil to remove from the pan.

Note: You can easily change this recipe by changing the nuts, fruit, adding chocolate chips, chocolate powered, peanut butter, etc.

Veggie Pizza

2 pkg crescent rolls
2 pkg cream cheese
1/2 cup mayo
1 tsp garlic salt or powder
1 tsp Lawrys seasoned sat
1 tsp dillweed
chopped broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and black olives

Put crescent rolls in jelly pan, slice small holes so it does not rise. Bake 11 minutes at 375. Cool completely.

Mix cream cheese, mayo, garlic salt, lawrys and dillweed. Spread over crust.

Spread 1/2 to 2/3 cups broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and black olives over dip, press in.

Seasoned Pretzels

40oz of pretzels
1 bottle of Orville Reddenbacher popcorn oil
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp dill weed
1 pkg dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing

Pour pretzels into large bag, pour popcorn oil over pretzels. Shake until coated. Add dry ingredients, shake until coated. Shake every 15 minutes for the first hour and every half hour for the next two hours.
