Pumpkin Pie

1 9″ pie crust
1 can pumpkin
1/2 tsp salt
1 3/4 cup evaporated skim milk
2 eggs
2/3 cups brown sugar
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp ginger

Heat oven to 425. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 9″ pie crust. Cover crust with foil or crust covers. Bake 45 to 55 minutes. Middle will look undone when the pie first comes out of the oven.
